Your planning information
Unit records
People, assignments, meeting plans, and leadership notes are stored to support your unit’s planning. Access depends on the role assigned by your unit administrator. Keep confidential information out of planning notes.
Invitations
When an Administrator invites someone to a unit, the invitation is emailed to that address through the site’s email delivery provider, Resend. The email shows the unit’s name and the inviting Administrator’s email address, and replies go to that Administrator. The invited address and role are kept with the unit’s invitation records.
Public agendas
Anyone with an active public agenda link can see the agenda, including participant names, upcoming event details, announcements, and additional agenda notes. Private person, preparation, event, and leadership notes are excluded. A unit administrator can revoke agenda links.
Support requests
The contact and beta request forms store your name, reply email, category, and message for the site’s global administrators to review, and a copy is emailed to the site operator through Resend. If a beta request is approved, the next steps are emailed to the address you gave. The site also stores a one-way identifier used to limit repeated submissions. Please avoid including private information about other people. Support requests remain stored until the site operator removes them.
Account and browser storage
Sign-in is handled by the configured authentication provider. Your browser stores your sign-in session and preferences such as the agenda copy format.
To ask about access, corrections, or removal of your information, contact support.
